– Shipping is charged at £2.95 for UK delivery only subject to a max weight of 5kg.
Orders will be shipped within 1 full working day of total payment being received. Should there be any reason that the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, you will be informed right away.
– Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details and tracking information via email.
– Should your order be returned to JM due to address problems, unpaid customs charges or product restrictions, we are only able to provide a refund or re-shipment once the original order has been received back into our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

– Errors or shortages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt.
– vapecentral.net provides 15 day return policy for all goods. If you receive faulty goods, or the products become faulty within 15 days of the purchase date, please get in touch with us and we will advise the next steps to take for replacement or refund.
– Damaged or faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
– Returns will not be accepted for e-liquids, e-liquid cartridges or clearance items.
– Returned items should be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received.
– vapecentral.net reserves the right to reject returns for any reason. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges relating to rejected returns.
– The buyer is responsible for any loss or damages caused to returned items due to inappropriate packaging.
